To that end, we are committed to attracting and retaining a staff with diverse and intersecting experiences and perspectives, and we support movements, such as Black Lives Matter and the BIPOC Project, that resist racism, queer violence, and other forms of systemic oppression. And we acknowledge and respect peoples such as the Shawnee, Miami, Wea, Potawatomi, Delaware, Wyandot, Kickapoo, Piankashaw, and Chickasaw tribes, on whose indigenous lands we create much of our work.
