As a three-dimensional artist, Allegra Colgrove finds satisfaction in the tactile nature of clay and delight in the vibrant colors of ceramic glazes. Colgrove’s ceramic body of work Oppositional Relationships, is inspired by the contrast of rural and urban environments. Kaitlyn O’Grady is both visual artist and graphic designer. Her current body of work, The Inside Comes Out, aims to bring an educational awareness to mental health, specifically the challenges of depression and anxiety within young adults. O’Grady’s work focuses on conflicts between outer and inner realities experienced while overcoming the battle of mental illness. As a graphic designer, Maya Quandt is committed to creating sustainable, thought-provoking designs that address social and environmental issues. Quandt’s body of work, The Empowered Woman, aims to bring awareness of these issues in an optimistic, factual way.
