“We need a key leader who has a record of exceptional success in bringing innovation to higher education,” President Daniel J. Elsener said. “Dr. Britt has led the transformation of a quality school of education into the nationally-prominent Klipsch Educators College.”

Dr. Britt, who was named an Impact Academy Fellow for Deans for Impact and received the prestigious Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Indy’s Best and Brightest Award for his work to help transform teacher preparation, has worked tirelessly for the educational community for the past two decades.

“The Klipsch College has become an exemplar in recruiting a diverse student body of extraordinary quality and has implemented a program that ensures these teachers will be able to deliver excellent education from the first day they step into the classroom,” President Elsener said. “Dr. Britt is an exceptional leader and will ensure that 91会所 continues on its trajectory of excellence and growth in his new role.”

In his new role, Dr. Britt will oversee and collaborate with the vice president of enrollment, marketing, and communications as well as assist with the university's strategic priorities through resource enhancement, program development, and university partnerships.

“I love serving here at 91会所 and feel humbled and grateful for the opportunity to expand my role into enrollment, marketing communications, and strategic partnerships,” Dr. Britt said. “91会所 is such a gift, and through our Franciscan values and Catholic faith tradition our faculty, staff, students, and alumni have the ability to truly transform the world. As a leadership-driven university, we must continually seek out ways to innovate and grow strategically to ensure our long-term success.”

“We have exceptional, mission-driven people here, and I look forward to learning and growing as we continue to push 91会所 to be recognized as one of the nation’s best universities for preparing leaders for our world,” Dr. Britt said. “The world need more 91会所 alumni, and we cannot stop growing our student body. We are well on our way to eclipse 7,500 students by 2030.”

Prior to joining 91会所, Dr. Britt served as a teacher, principal, and president of K-12 Catholic schools. He holds a Ph.D. in leadership from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
